been waiting that the vehicle owners who have broken the traffic rules
will come and will proceed for action but as they did not come now,
traffic police gave been finding out the alternatives to find drivers
whose license are not collected.
As traffic police themselves could not take it under their control they
have sent the papers of vehicles owner that have been under proceeds to
Transportation Management Office. Traffic police had recovered those
papers when they found vehicle owners breaking traffic rules during the
time of checking.
More than five hundred vehicle owners did not come to the contact since
long time said Police inspector Dhundi Raj Giri of Jhapa District
Traffic Police Office. Police inspector Dhundi Raj Giri even said, they
have paper of vehicle owners who were driving being drunk and breaking
the traffic rules such as parking in no parking, driving in over speed
and so on.
Jhapa Traffic Police has sent around 526 papers to Transportation
Management Office at Mechi for further proceeds. 215 driving license,
260 vehicle registration bill book, 48 Vehicle operating permit or route
permit and 3 vehicle test pass letter have been sent to the
transportation management at Mechi.
Those papers have been continued from Transportation Management
OfficeMechi and Koshi. Traffic Police had seized the paper of those who
use to drive drinking alcohol, parking their vehicles in no parking
area, driving their vehicles damaging their images, driving vehicle in
high speed and so on.
Due to the compulsion of loosing their social status and for paying
charge vehicle owners are not coming to take their papers guessed by
traffic police.
